Feast With the Beasts

Tim and I were invited by Jamie and Eric to go to Feast With The Beast at the Houston Zoo...and all i can say is we had a blast. It was great to hang out with adults and act like adults...all you can drink and eat...it was a lot of fun. Thanks for inviting us that night Jamie and Eric.

Zoey's New Bed Roll

Yes...i made it... isn't it cute? Thanks to my new sewing machine and the gift card to Joann's from my mom. Zoey will probably be going to preschool in January so i decided to go ahead and make one for her.

GC Babies...

Jamie, Jodi, Amber, and I got together with the kids at my house for a little pizza and beer...and apple juice. it was really good catching up and seeing the kids play together. Soon Luke and Heidi will be old enough to join in. The only picture i had of Jamie i realized she was nursing in it...so i am not including it, and of course i am the photographer so i am never photographed... :)

Noah Lost his first tooth

Okay, so the tooth fairy has been to our house 2 times now, but at least i documented the first time! He lost the first one Sept. 28th and the other one about a week later...he is going to be rich!

A Play Day At K2 Sports

I think this was September 4th...a random play day when Zoey's babysitter was closed for preparation of Melissa's wedding. We had fun and completed the day with a cup of ketchup eaten with a spoon by my daughter at Wendy's...i don't think we are related

My Birthday August 29th---I know 3 months late...I am slow...or lazy

My birthday was 3 weeks ago and it was a really fun day. Tim was so sweet and did everything for me in his own "Timmy" kind of way...which i love.

1st) Tim and Noah "snuck" out of the house (i pretended i was asleep-tim knew i was awake but noah didn't) to go get me breakfast. They came back with 6 different kinds of bagels and 3 differnt types of cream cheese because tim wasnt sure which kind i would be in the mood for. We love panera bread and go there for breakfast a lot.

2nd) From this picture it all looks normal, a cute bday bag and a bright green card that matches...right. What you dont know is that the bag is from a gift my friend Amber gave me for my birthday, and the envelope is from the card Lindsey sent me for my birthday...nothing wrong with reusing things...

3rd) The card...was like i said an envelope from lindsey, with a business reply envelope from some bill wrapped around it.

The actual note was written on a piece of torn off mail from something. I love it so much...so tim...i laughed the whole time i was reading it. This is pretty much how all my notes/ cards have been over the past 12 years. I love that he is so last minute (like me) but he still wants to do something sweet so he uses what he has!

4th) This is what i found in the living room...dum...dum...dum

A new sewing machine!!!!!! --- but this one isnt it...he didn't know what i wanted so he just bought one.

this is the one I got and it is AWESOME...now if my ADD would just go away I could get some projects finished

-My mom got me cool sewing scissors a gift card to Joann's and a triangular ruler thing! She is the best...oh and she brought me the best cake that exists...it is called the "O" cake and it is made with oreos which are also my favorite. It is from the desert gallery by the galleria

Melissa Stroda's Wedding...Sept 6, 2009

My good friend Melissa Stroda got married 2 months ago to her forever boyfriend Josh. I was the maid of honor in the wedding and had a great time planning and being there for Mel on her special day. They got married in Conroe and it was absolutely beautiful. Bonnie, Melissa and I stayed in a condo that weekend and had a blast hanging out together. The picts at the bottom are of the rehearsal. Thank you Mel and Josh for making me a part of that weekend!!!
