Noah and Theresa's Last Tball game

Noah and Theresa had their last tball game a couple of weeks ago.  They actually paid attention and went after the ball when they were in the outfield.  Theresa had decided that she is not that into baseball and will be getting into gymnastics this summer.  We are pretty sure we are going to continue in the fall...maybe he will get better?  Here are a few pictures from the game and some for the end of the season party.  Noah got his trophy and it said "Noah Jonannessen"  We are going to try and call the trophy company and see if they will print a new name plate...    

Melissa's Graduation

Melissa is a good friend that has babysat both of my kids along with her mom since forever.  She graduated from college and will be moving to Georgia next week with her fiance...we will miss you!!!

Noah's Preschool Graduation

Noah graduated from preschool and will be going to kindergarten in the fall.  The kids did a whole performance and then got their graduation certificate.  I will be posting videos soon.  He has loved school and has learned so much.  He is getting really good at reading, he can count past 100, and many other things.  The summer program at his school is going to be really awesome.  They will be "traveling through Europe" stomping grapes, learning dances from other countries, building castles, and trying all kinds of food.  Of course the thing he is most excited about is splash day every Friday.  It should be a fun summer for him.

Okay i forgot to put a description of this clip...This was on mothers day and it was the first time that Zoey missed her nap.  Tim took her and was sitting on the couch with her at about 5:30 and she started falling asleep.  He asked me if he should go put her to bed and i said for him to try and keep her up long enough so we could feed her really quick and then put her to bed for the night.  Right after i shot this video, i went to unsnap her from her booster and it was like she got her second wind.  She ended up feeding herself the rest of her dinner and played a little before i put her in bed.  she ended up sleeping all night until 7 this morning.  I laugh every time i watch this video...not only was Zoey funny...But Tim was slightly SPECIAL himself!

Happy Mother's Day

I woke up with breakfast in bed this morning.  A few hours later we went to Papasitos (and had a couple of Margaritas} After that we came home and played in the new swimming pool we got.  It was a relaxing and fun day.  I am too tired to write any more...good night.

My Little Garden

We have a little garden that i started a month or so ago.  We have 4 tomatoes growing, a squash, rosemary, mint, and a bunch of flowers.  We also have 2 zucchini plants growing...no zucchini yet, and we just planted some chive seeds.  I think i am going to attempt some lettuce as soon as i figure out where i put the seeds.  

Rockets Game...Friday Night

Tim and i had date night on Friday and went to the Rockets Game.  Too bad we didn't go to the game that was today.  It was really a bad ending to the night when they lost, but we still had a good time.  While we were there we saw Roger Clemen's lawyer Rusty Hardin, I didn't really care because i didn't know who he was, but tim got excited so i got him to take a picture with him.  Tim thought it was the greatest!!!  All in all it was a fun night.  Thanks mom for babysitting!!

More summer fun!  Nothing says summer like Popsicles...They are both shirtless because they were both wearing white shirts and i thought it would just be best to go without them.

Mother's day at Noah's School

Once again Noah's school did a great job with their mothers day lunch.  They did it inside because it was SOOOOO hot outside.  It was priceless to see the look on Noah's face when i walked into his classroom...he was so excited to see me.  As so as i got there we were told to sit down and the teachers served us.  We had Chicken salad sandwiches on croissants, broccoli salad, chips and lemonade.  For dessert we had brownies...which is what is in Noah's teeth in the picture below and cake.  It was delicious.  Noah gave me a little pillow with his hand print on it.  It was very sweet!  I had a great lunch with Noah!

I know i take a lot of pictures of the kids on the trampoline...but now that summer is getting here we are able to play in the sprinklers!  Since we currently have a little bit of an ant problem the best place to play in the water hose is on the trampoline.  They love it and i also get a chance to water my little garden that i planted.  (we have tomatoes, squash, zucchini, rosemary, and mint growing)  The outside pool at our gym has also opened so we have gone swimming twice this week already.  Noah is starting to get comfortable in the water.  He put his face in the water today, which took  a lot of convincing.  Zoey on the other hand thinks she can swim and is always trying to get out of my arms.  she loves to jump off the edge of the pool and tries to stick her face in the water.  Miss independent!!!  We are going to have a lot of fun this summer!!!
